網址 https://event.culture.tw/mocweb/reg/BOCH 說明 「全民國防」是以軍民一體、文武合一的形式，不分前、後方、不分平時、戰時，將有形武力與民間可用資源與精神意志合而為一的總體國防力量。近期國軍推動官兵社團，除期許官兵能夠塑造優質的軍中環境，習得一技之長，更藉由各種大型展覽時機，邀請民眾一同參與，達到全民關注、全民支持、全民參與、全民國防的最高理想。
除此之外，國軍更推動文藝運動及軍民藝文交流，期透過作品甄選與推廣，使國人認識國防，進而支持國防，本屆主題為「守護家園，軍民同心」，臺澎金馬是我們美麗的家園，這裡有著朝氣蓬勃的人們、安和樂利的生活，以及自由民主的社會，每位國人都應該肩負起責任，憑藉「自己的國家自己守護」信念，凝聚軍民同心，進而團結共好，攜手向前。
"All-out national defense" is a form that integrates both the military and civilians, combining civil and military efforts as one regardless of frontlines or rear areas, peacetime or wartime, uniting tangible military power with available civilian resources and spiritual willpower into a comprehensive national defense force.
Recently, the Armed Forces have been promoting service member clubs, not only in the hope that military personnel can shape a high-quality military environment and acquire specialized skills, but also to use opportunities such as large-scale exhibitions to invite public participation—achieving the highest ideal of national awareness, national support, national participation, and national defense by all.
In addition, the Armed Forces are also promoting cultural and artistic activities and military-civilian cultural exchange, aiming through the selection and promotion of creative works to help the public understand national defense and thereby support it.
This year's theme is "Protecting Our Homeland, United as One."
Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu are our beautiful homeland, where energetic people live happy, peaceful lives in a free and democratic society.
Every citizen should shoulder their responsibility, and with the belief that "we defend our own country," unite the military and the people in heart and mind, so as to achieve solidarity and mutual benefit, and move forward hand in hand.
